Amazing service. Mike and Jay were super knowledgeable, fast, honest, and professional. They showed up ready and prepared for any scenario to deal with my leaking toilet. They even left my floor cleaner than it was when they showed up. 10/10 recommend. Will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs.

I needed a plumber, so I went on Yelp and posted my job request. Within minutes, I had five responses. I chose Premier Rooter and Plumbing after reading their reviews and talking with them on the phone. They came out that same day, gave me an estimate, and we liked it, and they fixed it. All done within a few hours after posting on Yelp. The problem was all the parts in the toilet tank were old, which made the toilet run a lot. I like that they gave me two estimates. One for rebuilding the tank, and another for replacing the toilet. We chose the rebuilding. They got it done fast, and they were clean and professional. Everybody that I spoke with was very nice, kind, and polite. I like that they are a family-owned business. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling Premier Rooter and Plumbing. Great people, good price, professional, clean, friendly, and fast.

Honest and Dependable Plumbing May 25, 2023

I called Premier’s offices in a frenzy because my main line was clogged and we couldn’t use any of our toilets. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. Mike came out and did all that he could to figure out a solution to our unique problem. Ultimately, the situation was the city’s responsibility, but Mike helped us each step of the way. He contacted the city and ended up getting us the help we needed on this issue. I was given a 2-hour service technician arrival window. That arrival window was only 2 hours from the time I phoned them. And since it was a toilet issue, I was super happy that the technician phoned to say he would be about an hour early. I had thought that the clogging of my toilet was at least as bad as usual in my-year-old house. But the technician could see that it was merely toilet paper and didn't make it seem worse than it was just to get my money. I was not charged for him coming out. With that honesty, I was able to unclog it myself. Because of the honesty, I would call them again for another issue because I don't believe they would upsell me unethically.
