I highly recommend them. Had a backup in both bathrooms, so I had to call them for an emergency service. Even though they were extremely busy during the holiday, they squeezed us in and were able to come to our house within an hour to fix the problem. Abraham and Mike were both friendly and professional. They both got our problem solved within 30 minutes of them being here. Thank you so much.

Honest and dependable plumbing company May 25, 2023

I called Premier’s offices in a frenzy because my main line was clogged and we couldn’t use any of our toilets. They were able to squeeze me in on the same day. Mike came out and did all that he could to figure out a solution to our unique problem. Ultimately, the situation was the city’s responsibility, but Mike helped us each step of the way. He contacted the city and ended up getting us the help we needed on this issue. I was turning the water valve behind the toilet off and it was old and popped off. Water started shooting out. I started calling plumbers based on location on Google Maps. It was a Saturday and most weren’t answering or available. Premier answered and was there in under an hour. They also gave me a 2-year warranty on the work they did. Abe fixed the valve and was done within 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind. I’m very grateful, as I was emptying a container of water every five minutes.

I was in a panic, my water softener machine was regenerating and didn’t stop, so water kept cycling through. I called Premier Rooter & Plumbing, who sent out a plumber to check out and shut off the machine! I was worried about my water usage. Since my machine is under great warranty, all taken care of with the best service, efficient, professional, kept me informed, and took care of my issue, I am once again so happy!
